Description
I have a rental property here just off Cliftonville Rd. We had a roofing leak, now repaired, which caused a bit of water damage/damp in the kitchen. There's also a tongue & groove ceiling in the kitchen I want to remove the tongue & groove and get the ceiling, plus the walls impacted by the damp, plastered. This will involve taking all higher up kitchen cupboards off the wall first. I think they are all fit to be put back on, but you'll have a better idea of that. My tenants have bought a tall fridge freezer - doesn't fit the original under counter space. We need to cut the counter top and enough of the upper cupboards for it to fit. Might also look at refreshing all the cupboard doors.
