Hello, my central heating is currently not working. The boiler is still providing hot water, but it will need servicing regardless. I am considering replacing and upgrading some of the radiators from single to double units, and installing thermostatic valves. Additionally, if the heat pump grant becomes available, I am seriously considering installing one. I have recently installed a solar PV system and currently export a fair amount of surplus energy to the grid, which I would prefer to use to help power a heat pump instead.
